Buy-Low Trade Targets

With 4 weeks in the books, we should finally start seeing what players true values are this week and next. The slow offensive starts will be commonplace in the NFL moving forward. Unfortunately with the CBA and lack of practice time and preseason action the quality of the product will continue to suffer.
Now that my CBA rant is out of the way, lets take a look at the players I want to Buy-Low on.
Doug Martin - His suspension is over and it is time for the muscle hamster to dominate. I had him as a top 12 RB and that was with the 3 games missed. With Winston still developing, Doug should be getting 18+ touches a game and all of the goal-line work. Outlook - RB1
Ameer Abdullah - Talent has never been a question here. The additions along the offensive line and commitment to the running game have finally allowed him to showcase his talent. The addition of not having that vulture Theo Riddick stealing carries and catches even adds to his value. I would be more than happy to have him as an RB 2 rest of year. Outlook RB2
Bilal Powell - Absolutely shocked that Forte couldn't stay healthy. I was probably one of the highest on Powell this season and was very frustrated weeks 1-3. Powell is 10x better than the retirement-home bound Forte. When Powell gets more than 18 touches a game he has proven that he is an extremely capable RB 1-2. Much like the rest of the league though, morons call plays and don't get their best players involved. Hopefully Forte stays banged up so that can't continue to screw this backfield up. Outlook RB2/Flex
Christian McCaffrey - I am looking to buy low on McCaffrey who has been a disappointment thus far. He has been about as involved as I projected but Cam has missed him for 2 walk in TDs. I expect him to have some big plays in both the passing and running game from here on out and still believe he can be a 5-8 TD type of player this year. Outlook RB2/Flex
Joe Mixon - Thankfully we have a new OC in Cincinnati and he is of the ilk that "I should get my best players as involved as possible" ex. AJ's 15 targets in first game he called plays. This is a huge upgrade from Zampese's pathetic offensive attack. Unfortunately his o-line is less than adequate and they still have Gio who has taken away a couple of scores. Outlook Flex
TY Hilton - If there is one player that I am trying to get in ALL of my leagues it's Hilton. The major issue is that it seems Luck will not be playing till the end of Oct, which by then it might be too late. He is going to go OFF from weeks 8 on. If you have a solid team and look like a playoff contender do whatever you can to secure him in the next week or so. I do not expect much in terms of consistency till Luck is back at the helm at QB though so be careful. Outlook WR1
Danny Amendola - With Edelman out, Tom has his new security blanket. Based on the Patriots D, Tom will be finish as the #1 QB this year in fantasy. He has his 4 or 5 targets that will be getting ridiculous amount of volume. You should be able to trade a gatorade away to get Amendola in most leagues. Outlook WR3
Doug Baldwin - A consensus top 30 pick in this years draft, Baldwin has been brutal to start. This is the perfect time to buy-low on him if you can make it happen. Wilson has the worst o-line in the league and the Def is on the decline. Tons of volume is on the way week 5 on for Mr. Baldwin, be patient. Outlook WR1
Amari Cooper - If this was a stock market, Cooper would be a penny stock. An absolute brutal start for Cooper only gets worse with Carr's injury last week. If there is one player you should be able to buy-low Cooper is it, just be prepared for a couple more slow weeks. Outlook WR2
